Tangible Skills

Microsoft Office: I can easily navigate most all the programs, create presentations and type well. Have also had couple computer classes that helped me increase my understanding of the programs.

Web Design and other important computer programs: I have taken a class that have a a great understanding of how to build a Web Page, I have also worked with programs such as Photo Shop.

Accounting: I was an accountant as the restaurant office for over three years.

Intangible Skills

Communication: enjoy interacting with people and my work right now is greatly increasing my skill of communication.

Customer Service: because of the work environment got great experience with helping people to meet their needs.

Multitasking: working as a waiter for a few years taught me how to be able to perform couple actions at the same time and balance all so the work would be done without any problems.

Helping and Understanding people: I feel like I have a gift of helping people when they are hurting inside, I hate to see people sad so I feel like I have a gift to make them smile again
